For orders being picked-up > To avoid disappointment especially for orders, the earlier you place your order the better. Please clearly specify the pick up date and time in special note section.

Delivery Policy
We Do delivery for your order.
Balloon Shop currently offers delivery service locally in Toronto + GTA, delivery can be added by pressing the cart button on the top right corner of the homepage.

Please select appropriate delivery option based on the destination town / city.

We handle all deliveries ourselves to ensure the best service.​

If no one is at the address to receive delivery, balloons will be returned to store for pick up by the customer, if you request a second delivery fee will apply. Please email any specific instruction to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds are available on balloons within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Delivery Fee is not refundable.

Sometimes balloons burst, this is out of our control and we cannot refund on this basis.
